This rope bridge in County Antrim, originally built by salmon fishermen, is nowadays a tourist attraction. Crossing the bridge makes for an impressive experience, especially on a windy day.

The Giant’s Causeway

The legend says that the Irish giant Fionn mac Cumhaill built the causeway to walk to Scotland and fight his Scottish counterpart Benandonner.

These impressive basalt columns disappear under the North Channel and reappear on the Scottish isle of Staffa.
